That's so very true. One doesn't need a savior or a religion to be a moral person.

That is the most ridiculous thing to say. History has proven over and over that without morality(religious codes) societies erode and immortality runs rampant.
Your argument is actually an argument in favor of Gods existence. We experience morals because of his presence and their transcendent nature that convinces us we have done wrong when they are violated.
The inherent nature of mankind is selfishness and me-ism unless that is the moral code YOU are talking about.

U have to be as Righteous as God to get into heaven, It can be done, but one has to dedicate there ways unto God, all there ways and be lead by his holy spirit, to be profitable unto him. No none seeks his face, to be like him, all go there own way. Romans 3:11-18. That is why he sent his son to die for U cuss you want to be blind, and he lead the blind home. (In my eyes) if u seek his face, u can ask to see. He will show U the way. he would have probably taken your body, probably not have to die before he sent his son. HE did that with a couple of people, that's the way hes going to do it when Christ returns. I know its hard work to give all your ways, cuss I'm seeking. Its hard to get God to lead U, so until he does I can't be perfect, for only he is perfect. So seek his face, to take the nails from Jesus. bible verse to seeking,, seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and ALL his righteousness. BIG ONE, Hosea 10:12,(read it)for Perfection in Jesus Matthew 7:8. Jesus Crying for help, Matthew 26:39,42 God shall be found by seeking Jeremiah 29:13-14.

Oh my goodness....If Jesus had not been there? It's not about being morally good, or not being a bad person. Jesus is the Savior of the world. He died for you so that you can have eternal life after natural death. It may not seem like much to you, but it's not about the love of humanity.
1st John 4:7-8 says,
"Beloved, let us love one another. For love is of God and everyone who loves is born of God, and knows God. He that loveth not, knows not God because GOD IS LOVE."

He layed down his life for you so you won't have to experience eternal damnation...and this is how you treat him just because you want to live your own way?
And yet, He still loves you. God is so good, and you don't even know.

You forget that morals were coded by religion. If you would ignore every religious law, there will be no morality.

Moral codes are learned they are not automatically given. Ethics are learned. All of our social norms are learned. You really need to read about Barbarianism. You also need to read about cannibalism.

welcome to the only intelligent religion on the face of this earth. But be careful, nobody will have any idea what you are talking about but yourself. Oh well, we still try and teach.
