I have a bone on my mid to lower back that I cant seem to pop, but need to badly because it needs it. I used to be able to do this all the time when I was at school but now I cant, hense- no desk to do it in. Is there a way for me to move and actually pop this bone to relieve the pain slightly in my back and it not cause a severe injury?

see a D.O. (medical doctor that also can do adjustments) , a chiropracter will have you getting adjustments 3 times a week.

I have that very spot all the time too. The best way for me is to find a chair that has a side arm, padded is better, an office chair is perfect, then sit sideways in the chair, place the spot that need popping on the arm and lean way back over the arm. Works every time for me!

If you have someone to help you, they can try to pop it gently as you lie face down. Sometimes a quick, sharp, not TOO forceful press with their hands will do the trick.

Lay down and hold your knees and do a few rolls on the floor see if this helps. Be careful if you can see a chiro. or your MD.

Or have someone crack your back. Go back to back and have them lift you. Your back should crack (do not do this a lot)!!
