I am in high school and play sports all year around. i work out alot threw practices and on my own time. my weight and body fat are pretty low due to wrestling. with all this im pretty tonned in most areas. but under my naval i look almost like im bloated. i have a six pack but that area under it isnt fat juts puffy.
how can i fix that(diet or exercise)?

reverse crunches
instead of bringing your upper body to meet your knees
keep your back flat, point toes at ceiling and lift legs up about six inches and hold them there as long as you can...rest and do again.
you "have" to hold your stomach muscles in as you do this if you don't they will go out more. they are the only muscle in the body that conform to the way you hold them...thus hold them in and work them they will go in...hold them out or lose and work them they will go out

jo joggind and drink loads of water to flush out the fat and try diet teas they help plenty
