I've been seeing this guy for the past year. Just told him today that it's probably best that we don't see each other anymore. He said let's talk and work things out. Then said you are very special. Not sure wha to make of that. Confused.

What I understand is that you are telling him it is over and he is telling you he likes you and wants things to carry on between you two. I am not sure what is confusing here. The intentions and interests are different, as you have stated.

well if you were breaking up with him and he tried to stop it he likes you a lot and cares about you . if he said it any other time it means your great in bed but thinks you should be hospitalized for mental issues - hope that clears some things up
