asuming i had a can of spray paint with 250 ml in it, using a pretty thin coat, how much area will it cover? aproximitlly? i mean give me an estimate on how long i could use it for and how much paint is in there,

By coat, do you mean hide whatever is underneath? That's more than a thin coat. Spray paint in a can is terribly difficult to work with if wanting a thin coat. Coverage should be indicated on the can...go thin and extend that by 20 percent...maybe
