Depend on where you live and how nice you want it to be. Most firestations will do it for a small fee of like 400 bucks. You can check with the local lions club and the are usually about the same. If you are a member of a church see if they have a hall you can rent or make a donation to the church. Stay away from Country clubs, they are big money.

You are kidding, right? Go the phone and call the places.
Make a list and one at a time, ask :
how many people the place holds,
how much it costs per hour,
how many jacks there are,
how many places to park /how much?
does this include servers,
tips, food, band, decorations, if anything.
It could be as little as $50 to $250,000, depending on where you live, whether the place is a convention hall, beer dive, or a meeting room at the library.

Our ceremonial dinner hall is costing $750. The food is $20 consistent with person (at the same time with each and each of the taxes/provider expenditures for the caterers). We get 2 possibilities of entrees so we are serving lasagna (a fave of my fiance and his family participants) and glazed ham (my family participants's famous). Our funds is only approximately $4,500 nevertheless. We spent modestly on each little thing else so our reception is maximum of our funds lol.

depends on your location. Rural areas in the south run about $500 - $1,000. Locations in the city can probably range from $2,000 -10,000.
If MTV is filming it, $200,000 and up
