season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. pan fry the round steak in a little bit of oil until half done, then slice some onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms and cover it with a lid. after the steak and veggies cooks for 8-10 minutes. put it all on a french roll and serve it with fries.

make a sauce:
1/2 cup white wine;
1/2 olive oil
15 ml crushed garlic
a sprinkle of white pepper
s sprinckle of oregum
wisk well and mariate steak for 15 to 20 minutes. Add some course salt to taste. Grill on a hot coal fire as desired. Serve with homemade bread or chip and a green salad.

I make it like Swiss Steak and pound it,put it in a Pam coated pan,and saute..add some Worstershire Sauce,and cook to desired doneness.I serve on toast with sliced red onion,tomato,lettuce,mayonaise/or Dijon mustard.
