If you mean IN your body (as in water weight) the rule of thumb is the more dehydrated you are, the more salt (which causes bloat) is retained. Believe it or not but the more water you drink, the less water weight you keep. If you're hydrated, your body doesn't store any extra. KEEP DRINKING WATER and the water weight will disappear.

sauna. get a sauna suit go in for 30 min weigh yourself, however that weight will be put back on quickly.
