You need to rethink your approach. Why didn't you make a strong impression? What was wrong? Did you come on too strong, too weak? Were you not funny?

You have to be able to exude confidence--people unconsciously sense this.

And sometimes, she's just not interested. Even if you're the shiniest, reddish apple ever existed, she may want an orange.

Simple answer, if you fail to make a "strong impression" on the girl, then try again, and again and again untilyou do.

i am certain that when you try to make a strong impression, then you wont make it. Impression is the picture of your reality and what you are and what you present to be.
try to be yourself and do what makes you feel comfortable and but give enough attention to the person you are interested in.

you should just say hi and start a conversation on like school or sports or something and then see if she likes what you like through conversation if you say like "what sport do you like?"
and she says lets just say tennis if you like the same stuff say oh cool me too

but dont say that too much it gets annoying trust me ive asked some girls........
or you could buy her a little gift like chocolate or a teddy bear

or ask her friends to see if she likes you if she dose you should just go up to her and start a conversation and towards the end be like hey you wanna go out some time?
