It hardly seems possible, but have you not heard about the pet food recall? Those are two of the symptoms of kidney failure caused by the rat poison.

Check the link below to see if the food you've been feeding is on that list.

Even if it isn't, you should still get her to a vet asap. It could certainly be something else, but with all this going on, I wouldn't mess around.

that may be signs of::::
-the food tainting
-tapeworm
-heartworm
-roundworm
signs may not show up for a while. my cat did the same thing and then after a couple days, she coughed up a worm! for 24 hours i lay by her and had to shove water down her throat. if you see pus around your cats eyes ask the vet about any kind of worm. also keep the cat hydrated. mine was on the virge of dying also because of dehydration.

you need to get an appointment with an internal medicine DR. They can do blood work and an ultrasound to see what is going on. X-rays can not tell much about tissue and just skelital structure and obstrusctions, so you need to get your dr to transfer you to a specialist.

go to the vets and get some LAX'aire, this is a laxitive for dogs and cats. put some on the paw and she'll clean it off. also get some Nutri-Cal, this is a high calorie dietary supplement for dogs and cats, also get her some hairball remedy.

You need a better vet. When my cat was like that, she was constipated and it's quite obvious. She was constipated because she had kidney failure, which basically dried her up. Please find another vet.
