this may sound grose but evry time i am with my friends i got to go take a crap but i cant cause i will smell up the bathroom!.

It's a fact of life. I'm sure your friends stink up the bathroom from time to time, too. (Unless you are friends with robots. lol) Everyone does it! I guess I am spoiled with upfront friends. I don't hold back! I even warn them to let the air clear.....they do the same for me. It's natural. And I'm not holding it for anyone!!!

Turn on a fan for the noise and use a spray or a match for the smell. You can get small sprays that're made by SC Johnson, Glade something, they're tiny enough to carry in a pocket or a purse. One small spray and the smell is gone.

Social phobia (any strong fear, actually) can cause an urgent need to empty the bowels. **** is human, and your friends most probably won't care if you use the toilet. If they do, I wouldn't call them friends.

have you tried going outside to "buy cigarrettes" or a "chocolate"
then enter a cafe to do it? :P
thats what I do lol
if it takes long, you may say you had a private call in your cell, and you just were outside.
