I have a party tommorow night. If I tap the keg tonight to taste the wares, when I'm done should I take the tap off until tommorow or leave the tap in place. Last time I had a kegger I left the tap on and the next day the keg was flat but I dont know if that's the reason.

If you tap it tonight, pump it up and take the tap off when you're done. If you do that, you'll be in great shape tomorrow.

If it is cold now, keep it cold until you drink it.

I would leave the tap in place. Just make sure you have plenty of ice on hand to keep it COLD! We have a keg fridge with 2 kegs in it, so we have them tapped at all times.

Don't tap your keg before the party. If you want to taste the beer, get a six-pack of it. If it's American mass-produced beer, the can and the keg will taste the same.

If you leave the keg open it will go flat.

If its a macro brew it won't matter. It will suck no matter what.
