i need help i have gained 3 1/2 pounds in three weeks. wut should i do i cant stave myself because I LOVE FOOD

Exercise more. you can still eat the foods you like just got to burn off the extra calories you consume.

I went through exactly the same thing--averaged about a pound a week. After starting and stopping Nutrisystem after 2 weeks (The food was just nauseating--actually that may be something to turn you off of food!) Anyway--I have resolved to eat more salads every day--on the NS plan, I could have all the leafy greens I wanted. That did help. The other thing that helped was re-realizing what a portion actually is. If you have had Lean Cuisines or Smart Ones, that's about right as far as portions go:( Just supplement that quantity with a salad with FF dressing and a Low Fatdairy. I have also found that right after I exercise supresses my appetite, at least for a little while till I can get supper done! During the day, sucking on sugar free mints or tic tacs helps some.

You can also check out www.weightwatchers.com and look at recipes--especially those in the community. You don't have to be a member to look. Look for 0-1 point soups and just different ways to eat other stuff that's "good for you" but may get boring after awhile.

Unfortunately, I personally have had NO luck with Hoodia.

I would cut my portions down, I would not deprive myself even if it is chocholate, I would just eat a small peice instead of a big candy bar..Also I have been on Hoodia xl10 and it helps to curb my appetite and I don't eat as much.....good luck

You can do 2 things. you can either increase your exercise or you can eat more things but in smaller portions.

just keep eating if your healthy who cares? summers coming it will come off!
