For exercise I:
-before school i bring my dog for brisk walk
-and in the evening squats crunches sit-ups

I eat:
-morning= srambled egg
-break= apple
-lunch= brown bread with coslaw
-snack= grapes
-tea= usually consists of a potatoe and a meat/fish
I try not to eat atfer seven

Will this work? I'm hoping to lose 25lbs...how long will it take? Is there anything i should change??

you may want to add an evening walk or jog as well - afer your last meal of the day - this will increase your bodies night time matabloism - nothing extreme - just enogh to kck up your matabolism while you sleep - depenendent upon your body this schedule you have could work for you in as little as two tothree mothes or as many as six but it will work.

Do the squats and crunches in the morning. That way you isolate that group and the rest of the day will be working on those muscles. However, crunches do not burn very many calories you should probably spend that time running. You can probably eat more, just eat more at breakfast, smaller lunch and smaller dinner so you have energy through out the day. Do not eat after 7. Increase your exercise routine because you will need to burn at least 5,000 the first month. For 25 pounds, it would probably be 5 months. Good luck.

Yes, the best way is to eat six(6) small meals a day.
Breakfast -oatmeal
snack (fruit/Veg)
Lunch -salad (chicken or tuna or tossed)
snack (fruit/Veg)
Dinner - Meat (turkey, fish, chicken or pork)
Vegatable - carrots, broccolli, lima beans
Rice cooked w/low sodium chicken broth
Snack - Sweet (small) GOOD LUCK!!!

It would be a great help if you were to introduce more colored vegetables and fruit into your diet so you are assured of getting at least 35grams of fiber daily which will make you feel full and metabolise your food quicker thus losing more weight in the same amount of time.

I think you should walk atleast 1/2 a mile a day and you could lose the weight by may. I run 3 miles a day :p

More protein. Ditch the potato for a non-starchy veg.
