Make a game out of it or try to make her food look like fun.Example is tell her she can't have it and she will want it more if she is that spoiled.Use reverse physcology.When she gets hungry enough she will eat.Don't give her any snacks until she does.If this doesn't work,try the doctor,maybe she has a sore throat or something else bothering her.

If she doesn't eat her food, you can't make her. And forcing it on her can cause bad eating habits later on. All two year olds go through this. They hardly eat anything for months at a time, but as soon as they hit a growth spurt they start drinking a gallon of milk every two days and eating everything in your house. As long as she looks healthy, just chill.

My little girl went through that. But I found that if she helped prepare the meal then she would eat very well. All toddlers go through a stage where they don't want to eat. The best thing to do is to continue to offer food at normal eating times. Don't let them have snacks when ever they want. My daughters Dr. said as long as she wasn't losing weight then she was OK. Ask your Dr. if she has any recommendations. Good Luck!!

my daughter is the same way, kids LOVE fruit. try cutting up a juicy pear, or canned fruit coctail or peaches etc. and its good for them and if that doesntwork dont worry any pediatrician will tell you they all go through that and they will eat when they are hungry. really dont worry too much about this. just keep offering things every couple hours. my kid eats like 3 bites of food an hour and thats it.

Are you serious.......................... EXACTLY who is the parent here.....................................
A few years back - this is what my daughter-in-law had to do;
she was wasting food (and $) on food they refused to eat. She would place a plate of food in front of them, if they picked at it or refused to eat it, they were excused from the table, she then wrapped the plated food, placed it in the frig, the following meal, she removed the wrapped plated food, warmed it up and fed it to them again. She did this quite a few times before they finally realized they would not get anything else to eat until they finished what was put in front of them. It worked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They did NOT get anything else to eat between meals either. Once they got hungry enough - they finally ate.
And, this will work for you too - you just have to remember who the parent is and do NOT give into the child!!!!!!!!!!

Feed her when she says she's hungry is all. Make a healthy meal and if she doesn't want it, save it for later. Forcing a child will teach them bad eating habits later on.

Haha! Well . . .getting a 2-3 year old to eat her food, you should wait until she says, "I'm hungry".Then you go up to her and asks what she wants to eat. As long as it's healthy.

First,
never force a kid to eat. When they are hungry they will let you know. Of course make good choices when they tell they are hungry. Don't be affraid to let them try new foods to, even if it is somthing you don't loike yourself. I have three boys one is never hungry when the others are. So when he is he tells me.

don't force it on her, make it fun, but if she doesn't eat it, do not offer alternatives. wrap it up and put it in the fridge and try later.
