it might have nutrients or something at the bottom that might stick if you dont shake it.

Heavier material that has settled out of solution in the product is easier to dislodge with the fluid portion on the settled solution rather than relying of gravity to remove the sediment from the bottom of the container while drinking. If you don't wish to shake the product at all, you could try to stir the product with a spoon.

Hahaha!!!! Probably so you can mix all the stuff around so that it tastes better. Like...ORANGINA, for example. If you don't shake it, then you'll get all the pulpy stuff
