its quite normal for children to grind their teeth. There is nothing you can get for it. In adults the dentist makes an appliance called a night guard. However you cant make them for children. All you can do is just watch the development of your child's teeth and when he/she gets older the dentist can possible "build" them up with restoritive fillings.

A lot of the time children grind their teeth because the teeth are bothering them. This could be caused by something as simple as teething or something more significant like bottle caries. I would not dismiss this. The health of the baby teeth have direct impact on the development of the permanent teeth. Grinding can cause significant damage to not only the teeth but the developing TMJ (joint of the jaw).

you can get a sort of mouth guard from the drugstore or your dentist. ask the pharmacist which oneis best for children.
