What proof should I show while filing Tax return?
Credit card - bills for my monthly pass expenses or
the receipts.?
If the employer is not providing pre-tax transit checks,
Then is there any other way I can deduct my commute expenses.
Please help.

It's not deductible, so no proof is needed. Commuting costs are never deductible.
