is this any good for muscles gain/fat loss?

My diet usualy consists of

breakfest:
Porridge oats

lunch:
1 banana
1 500ml bottle of natural sparkling water
2 sandwhiches (fillings vary but their always without mayo and nutritious and always with salad!)

Snack (im im peckish)
a peice of fruit

dinner:
varies but its usualy somthing like "chicken breast and potatoes and veg"

a small pot of low fat yogurt

maybye after I'll have caffine free herbal tea

(I sometimes take guarana tablets if Im fatigued)

Ive started the regime already but I havnt done it long enough to see substantial results
