The skin on the side of my forearm and hand burns when i touch it. There is no bruise, nor did i hit it against anything. It also hurts a little even when nothing except air is touching it, its a sharp pain. It started this morning and has never happened before. The region of sensitivity has increased through the day. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

It may be something called neuritis, I believe it is inflammation of a nerve. Try doing an internet search on it and see if this looks like what you have.

It sounds such as when I had bursitis in my shoulder. Does your shoulder injury in any respect interior the joint area? in case you sleep on the area it is affected, it may reason bursitis (that's what exceeded off to me) and it would make your arm sense tingly/comfortable and virtually numb-like. it would additionally be something like a pinched nerve. For the bursitis, I had to ice my shoulder and shrink using my arm to make certain that the inflammation to flow down and return to everyday.
