This girl is lonely and she has no life. I did nothing to her. Everybody else likes me except for her. She is a co-worker. She even talks to the boss bad about me.

Not to be a smart alec, but why do you think she's just "acting" like she hates you? If she's badmouthing you to the boss, it sounds like a sincere hatred. What she says could affect your job security, and that's too extreme to be pretense.
Also, if everybody else likes you but her, why are you so focused on her? You have everybody else! No one can please everybody, not even Jesus could do it.

Uh, they don't like you, they hate you. The why doesn't matter. I'd stay clear of the woman if at all possible. Of course, if your feeling suicidal or just bloodyminded you could ask her what's up with all the hostility. Don't get mad if you don't like the answer.

buy her something she'd like and thank her for being a pleasant coworker. she'll be more considerate towards you after that. some people just grew up and had it tough, so thats all they know. you gotta give love to get it.
