Thats your forearm muscle,And the best way to build it is work it out.Grab a light dumbbell,Hang your hands off the side your leg almost like a concentration curl,but instead of bringing up your whole arm with a curl only curl your wrist.You can also do reverse bicep curls.Don't grab the bar underhand grab it overhand and curl the bar the same way.You can also grab a light dumbbell and twirl your wrists in a circular motion.Good luck.......

Serious - of the two guys I know who have the "best" of this particular muscle, one grew up on a dairy farm milking 50 cows a day by hand, and the other worked in a really busy Baskin Robbins ice cream shop scooping hundreds of cones a night. Think about what those two activities have in common - something that causes you to make a fist and practice a similar repetitive "pull and release" motion might do it.

My husband is a pipe fitter for a living and has huge forearms because of it so I would say try wrenching pipe. You coule also squeeze things in your hand and hold for about 10seconds in between for has many times has you can that will help.
