YES ANYTHING THAT WOULD CONTAIN A LEMON WOULD HAVE ACIDITY, HOWEVER THE WATER AND HONEY WILL DILUTE THE TASTE BUT THE ACIDITY OF THE LEMON IS STILL THE SAME

You can take it on empty stomach. If lemon gives you acidity then avoid lemon and have only honey and lukewarm water. You can take as long as you wish.

Lemon is a bit acidic and Honey's pH is around 4.0, so you can expect the pH of that mixture to be somewhere around 4/5 - or acidic. Not enough to burn anyone, but enough to sting your eyes or neutralise weak washing powder.

Hope that helps,

Stop aiming for remedies to loose weight, you first have to make lifestyle changes and here are some that will not only help your slim your size but also give amazing benefits to your health and how you will feel day to day. First you have to understand that processed man made food needs to be dramatically reduced if not cut out completely. I personally hate processed foods and try my best to only eat what can be found in nature. Second, you need a routine in your life, make sure you have a good sleep routine and a good routine within your diet. One thing that helps tremendously is the idea of , Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a peasant. This will not only give you the energy you need throughout the day but will also ensure you burn it off throughout the day instead of having a huge dinner in the evening when you a less active. I also mean this in quality of foods, in the morning, indulge in fruits and rather luxurious foods, it will take time to adjust to and you may find it hard to eat in the morning if your diet is opposite the cycle I just mentioned. Third, one thing people miss is that calories do not dictate the healthiness of your foods, watch all the other contents, particularly sugar. Sugar is a killer because if it is not burned off it will quickly turn to fat and will be stored. I like to have sugar in my mornings to not only give my energy but so I burn it off throughout the day. Also try to avoid sugars around the evening and close to bed. One thing I found helpful is to cut off all sugary drinks especially soda but if you stay on a all natural diet, soda will become a thing of the past. And lastly, EXERCISE, many people are intimidated by this thought and think that it something that must be taken out of your day when in reality small changes will make a big difference, for example, walking to check the mail or other small chores within walking distance around town, choosing to take the stairs instead of elevators, and many small things. It has been proven that with exercises in your daily routine you will burn calories and fats throughout the day even while sleeping! I hope this helped and I can assure I have seen this for myself, my mother and I are huge natural food consumers and my mom has lost 80 pounds with these small life style changes. I will leave you with one more word of advice, results will not happen over night! Stay strong and dedicate yourself to your health.
