Avoid fried and spicy food. Don't keep your stomach empty for long. Have regular hours of meals. Some individuals find pulses, beans, nuts etc. produce gas.

Just make sure you are not breathing thro the mouth If you do you are going to swallow air .Also avoid beans and pulses of all kind You can try probiotics that will help to reduce the gas In this country there is a product called "Beano " at the supermarket that will help to reduce the gas formation Above all eat slow drink some water with the food and amke sure you are not swallowing air

Dear, this is very common problem with the teen ages special INDIANs. I suggest you, avoide non-veg for some time, do not eat too much spicy. Also aftr you eat, do not keep sitting at one place, go for some walk, early morning do some exercise, eating something every 4-5 hrs. wil reduce the gas. Keep drinking lot of water.

Sometimes people get this after consuming dairy products. Its called lactose intolerance. Try cutting out dairy for a while. BTW, this is more common in Hispanic people but still occurs in other races. If your Hispanic, you're at a higher risk.

I think your doctor should have helped you with this. See him again. You could try giving up Baked Beans I suppose!
