Fruit is good, but don't stick to an all fruit diet by no means. Eat healthy meals and use fruit as a snack.
Any kind of exercise that you do is better than nothing. I do aerobics that work the whole body and pilates.

I would suggest counting calories & doing cardio. Brisk walking, arobics, etc. is the best for belly flab & then ab exercises are good to help build muscle which help eat fat. If you don't mind spending money, I love the Turbo Jam Workouts. You can order them at beachbody.com & they are great! The music is cool & it has a lot of kickboxing exercises. I lost 3 inches off my waist in just a couple of weeks.
I would not try an all fruit diet. That sounds like a gimmick & if you do lose weight & not get sick, you'll probably gain it all back as soon as you start eating regular food again. Just eat healthier & do include fruit along with vegetables and lean meats.

I think any exercising would help you to lose the extra weight but twisting and twirling would be great for the waist areas. How long have you had this and what is your age? It's not at all uncommon to gain weight there if you're over a certain age. You should check with your doctor first before doing any type of fruit diet. Those aren't healthful and can do more harm than good ot you. Be careful of fad diets, also.

A fad diet will get the weight off but in a few months it will just come back on. Plus with just eatting fruit you won't be getting enough protein. Just make healthy eatting decisions. Excerise will help! Do a half hour of cardio and some weight training.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

i think you should learn how to eat correctly and incorporate more exercise. weight watchers is an excellent program. it teaches you how to eat w/o depriving you of your favorite snacks. its about moderation. also try to workout 3-4 times a week for at least 30 minutes. try cardio, it can be simple as walking, or buy a exercise video. you can join a gym and take classes or if you like to dance take dance classes. you can do it! good luck!

The pet food manufacturer in the news used rat poison to kill dogs and cats. They even killed some to test the poison food and it killed them, too.
