Vinegar? Tomatoes, strawberries, pickles, What are you using the acid base for? a marinade, or to get sores in your mouth?

Dales and a little apple cider vinegar make a great tenderizing marinade...

Avoid tea, coffee, fried and spicy food for acidity. Drinking mint juice every day is good. Eat a well balanced diet.

To much hydrochloric acid production in the digestive juices causing heartburn and acid reflux can be neutralised with a teaspoonful of baking powder(Sodium Bicarbonate) dissolved in water.
