I am having a hotel party and decided to buy some liquor before I got there. I bought a bottle of Absolut Vodka, Mai Tai mix, Tanquera Gin, and Bacardi Limon. I also bought mixers like cranberry juice, tonic water, and ginger ale.
What kind of Liquor is your favorit and would you be please with the selection I got if you were attending my party?

I had to laugh when I read Aaron W.'s comment. I got a boat load of insultated cups. I am not trying to impress any one really, it's only good friends who don't care what I am wearing or what they're drinking out of.
And Nukgirl, Thanks for the comment. There will be guys there, so maybe I should pick up a whiskey.

Alize...a fruit flavored cojnac. A really great drink for men and women. the best one is Alize Bleu. It's cognac with french vodka...amazing chilled and to sip on! You can also mix it with Malibu and pineapple juice for an awesome martini.

I prefer Irish whiskey over scotch... Jameson's or Bushmill's. If you're trying to be sophisticated, then your choice of glasses will say a lot about your party. Make sure you have the right glasses for the drinks that you're serving. If you hand me a shot from a $100 dollar bottle of alcohol in a Dixie cup, I'm not going to be impressed!

Is the party for guys and gals or just gals. The ingredients you have sound more like "chick" drinks. If guys are there you need some Scotch or Wiskey

Yukon Jack, it's smooth, it's warm and it's 100 proof
Other than that, throw in some wine for people that don't like the hard stuff.

Hey, where's the scotch whiskey? Johnny Walker red label please or Chivas Regal scotch whiskey is also good.A good cognac would also be appropriate. My favorite is Courvasier.A tasty merlot wine also good , I have no preference there most merlot has that great smooth taste that people love. Beer? Rolling Rock please.

I would be pleased. However, my favorite drink in the whole world in Amaretto on the rocks or Amaretto with O.J. Soooooo good!
