A typing course should help with all of those areas.
Eats shoots and leaves is also a fantastic book that deals with English. That'll tell you where your apostrophes need to go. Lynn Truss wrote it. She is like Jesus to me. Lol

Buy an old keyboard and whiteout the keys - that will get you out of the habit of 'hunt and peck' typing.
Use something like 'The Professor teaches Typing" or 'Mavis Beacon' as the mix of games and exercises will keep you interested.
Copy type English texts - you will pick up a lot of information about grammar and punctuation. Also, use a search engine and look for punctuation and grammar exercise sites.
Get hold of a typing book and test yourself using a speed test - do a five minute test. When you're finished, calculate the words typed (the book will tell you) then count your mistakes. Calculate the number of typos then their percentage from what you've typed. Take this percentage from 100 and this will give you your accuracy. Divide the number of words typed by five and this will give you the words per minute. Aim for accuracy at first and then increase your speed as your accuracy improves.
Good luck!

Try Typer-Shark on Yahoo or another typing game. It makes it more fun and interesting. For the English, practice typing using spell check.

Yes, you can increase speed by mentally picking out a word and then type it with your fingers....don't need a key board..It really helps

Hey, I used this program, its really useful, free and you don't need to download it.
I got my typing speed to 70 wpm (words per minute) with it.
Enjoy :-)
