All of it is in my stomach..I know diet and exercise will help..but I need to know cheap diet foods..I don't have much room to expand in my grocery bills..also meals my family will want to eat too

Get more protein in your diet and exercise to build muscle and tone up. Even walking at a quick pace will help. You don't need to buy "diet foods." Most are too expensive and high in sodium. Try fresh vegetables and fruits instead -- relatively cheap. Cut out red meat and stick to chicken, fish, or tofu. Dairy products also are high in protein (yogurt, cottage cheese, milk). Eliminate caffeinated drinks like soda and coffee and drink lots of water. Hopefully this will work!

Dance Dance Revolution. Cheap diet food let me think. O thats right there is no cheap diet food. Lets face it.. it is cheaper to be fat then it is to be healthy when it comes to buying groceries.
