The only way to do this for all worksheets is in a macro
use this macro
For I = 1 to ThisWorkbook. WorkSheets.Count
ThisWorkbook.WorkSheets( i-1).Visible = xlSheetVisible
Next I
If this generates an error replace the i-1 with i, this is because you have a differant version of Excel

This is fairly simple:
Open Excel
Tools
Options
View Tab
Remove / Tick the show sheet tabs option on the page
Clicking ok will activate your choice
