We have been out a couple times casually and he texts me a lot and cals me sometimes and invites me out. I have been sick though the last week and the attention seems to be droppinoff. He is the one though that said he missed me like a whiskey habit....he hasn't officially asked me out and I think he might be dating a blond girl...dang it but I like him...how on earth do I let him know? It could get SO akward.

I really wouldnt suggest that you guys date. I mean you guys work together and really closely, so if you guys broke it off, then it would be really ackward

Why wait for him to ask you out? Ask him out! Maybe invite him out for drinks after rehearsals or something. If he's dating someone else, when you guys go out, you can gather all the necessary information about his love life and decide from there whether it's worth persuing or not. He may not be giving you the same attention that he once gave b/c he could be feeling that you're not really that interested in him romantically. If you're too nervous to ask him out for a one-on-one date, try to get others from your improv group to go out after rehearsals and ask him if he'd like to go too. That way, it won't feel like a date and you can single him out during the gathering and get the scoop!

If you want to keep the group together long-term, don't do it. Also, if he is seeing someone, don't do it.

it will be awkward to tell him so need to have a private talk and tell him that you like him and if does like you like that then you and him can stay friends
