I have a one year old and do daycare, and Im TIRED! I need something other than coffee to get me going. I literally roll out of bed cranky because of lack of sleep. And things are effected becuase of it i dont want to do maundry or cook or do dishes id rather sit on the couch. PLEASE HELP!

Are you taking a multivitamin? You definitely need something more nutritious in the morning besides coffee. Talk to your doctor. I went through a stage of being extremely fatigued and it was determined that I wasn't absorbing vitamin B-12 so now I take monthly injections and they help a lot. Also, it seems crazy, but try getting some exercise. A thirty minute walk 3 or 4 times a week would really help. Don't forget when you are taking care of your child, that you need to take care of yourself too. It isn't selfish on your part, children need healthy parents.

I know this is counter-intuitive, but you need to force yourself to get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise 3 days a week. Walking on a treadmill or outside is sufficient. It will get your heart pumping, lots of oxygenated blood to your brain, and help with your stress hormones. You really will feel better and have more energy.
