Why do you want to shut down myspace.com? Are you referring to your profile on myspace?
If you don't like myspace.....here's an idea.....DON'T GO TO IT!!!

How about I proper answer:
I assume you are referring to the closing of your myspace account. This is fairly simply.
Under account options if you click the cancel account options
You will need to follow the instructions and the confirmation
Once completed your site is lost forever.

well, first of all learn how to spell and second of all now you can't shut down myspace its not your website and if you don't want to have your profile on there just delete simple as that.
