My back yard goes so far as a flat yard then we have a large hill, these boys who were trying to get the girl nextsore attention, threw large rocks, I used to block holes on my fence, a few damaged my house. So when I saw one of the boys on the girls pourch, I asked him 'where he lived' the 'Mother' came storming out, digging her nailes in my arm twisting it, throwing me against her door & 'screaming' ..'Get off my property', she dislocated my sholder & am having trouble keeping it in its socket. But I was 'Tresspassing' so does she have the right to attack me like that?
Funny she had the marking of a 'black eye' that was healing, a few wks. ago from my kitchen window I herd her 'beating' the crap out of her older pregant daug., now I am sorry I didn't call the police. It seems this is how she has always 'handled' people, I wasn't going to hit her back. Besides I just got out of the hospital & still had a temp. of 105, so I wasn't thinking clearly. This is in Ca. & I was no 'threat'

I'am in my 50's, have a 'Chronic Back condition', so no I wasn't going to 'Street fright' with her. She has HATED me since the day she moved in, still with our houses a few ft. we have to be civil. She is one of 'the know it alls', before her couch was in her homw she wanted to know what I fed my dogs, 'Premium'..Thank you. She blamed me for fleas she had untill I told her the last tenent had 2 dogs. If we cut the tree 'hanging' over our fence, she called the 'Landlord', she yelled at my son, telling him no more branches were touching our house & we were taking away her privecy. I borrowed a chain saw & cut more branches, she called the police on me. She tells the neighbors were drug dealers, & more but most forgot what she accused us about. As the 'drug dealers' she says we are, we drive a 77 Ford, our house needs repair & THERE IS OR HAVE BEEN A LINE OF CARS IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSE..EVER. Of course her 3 dogs bark all night & she calls 'these' houses dumps. I was blind-sided & an Adult

You cannot attack someone purely for trespassing
unless you have posted (clearly) "No Trespassing".
(You can, of course, respond with physical force
if you are actually being attacked, but you weren't
doing that, were you?)

Moreover, the use of physical force is traditionally
allowed only to respond to the threat of or actual
physical attack.

It sounds to me like that entire family throws punches
before asking questions, rather than after.

If you see someone assaulting someone else,
even if it is that person's child, yes, you should call
the police.

Moreover, you should make it known that if you
are assaulted, you will pursue charges.

what makes you so sure you were trespassing ? the simple good faith act of stepping onto someones property to ask a question will not result in a trespass arrest unless you have been told previously to stay off of the property in question. the woman had NO legal right to assault you, (unless there is something you have left out of the story) you should have called the police and at least filed a report. i wouldn't recommend that you return to her house again, since you have had an altercation.

You have the right to access someones property in good faith. You are only trespassing if you have been asked to leave and still refuse - signs are not necessarily legally binding.

Contact the police and have her charged if that's what you want. Next time the kids are throwing rocks, call the police straight away - that should sort them out!

The greater you push him away the greater he will prefer you. some people in basic terms prefer the failings that they actually can no longer have. in case you supply him a date... and only make it extremely terrible. Embarrass him... act completely un-chinese language. possibly hit on some different guy's on a similar time as on your date. do no longer supply him any interest and spend his money like water. --hit on a pair of black guy's... if he's from the old usa (China) he's in all risk a sprint prejudice against blending cultures.--good success. yet another course--in case you do have a boyfriend.... tutor outwardly "public reflects of love" in front of him. quite a number of touching, retaining, french kissing.... make him experience very uncomfortable. He would get the hint which you like somebody else. ____ locate out what his place is on the chinese language government... If he's professional China.... communicate undesirable approximately lead in baby's toys, puppy poisoning, toothpaste, pollutants... You have a right and an obligation to press charges against this woman for assault and battery.
To my knowledge,You can go onto another persons property legally ,unless of course there is a restraining order against you.
Here is a definition of Assault and Battery:

No she can not do anything to you like that. She can call the police to have you removed from her property, but she can not attack you unless she thought you were there to physically harm her, in that case she would be able to defend herself but still not attack you. You could probably press charges.

You were not trespassing, if you were on the woman's property merely to make your inquiry.
She is guilty of assault, and you should immediately make a report. Remember, her daughter and the bf will lie to the police

No, the lady has no right to assault you, and it doesn't sound as if yuo were trespassing. You would be well within in your right to sue her for damages. depending on how long ago this occured you can contact your local police and file assault charges against her.
