you know i motivated myself by buying smaller clothes and every week i try it on again and it fits better and better.my diet if jogging atleast 30 minute to an hour a day,i have tried all kinds of things and just by jogging their i lost 5 pounds in a week i also drank lots of water and drank dieter tea.i stopped eating choclate which i was extremely addicted,i didnt stop eating choclate thats why i couldnt lose weight .but know i realise i was affecting my weight,and by drinkind diet tea i disintoxicated myself and the wate keeps me clean and it flushed all my sugary cravings.i dont eat junkfood anymore either.i guess i was tired of having my clothes not fit me good.and the school i go to their is so many beautiful girls and i know if i try i can look better than that.try it and you will lose weight.just dont think about food and when you think you are having cravings just drink water and dont forget lots of water.good luck and behind that fat is a beautiful woman wanting to come out and shine.

I take many walks, and since I am a vegetarian, that helps. I maintain a stable weight of around125 pounds, which is healthy for my BMI (body mass index). Losing weight can also depend on where you live - example, people who live in New York City have an advantage because there are so many places within walking distances and everyone is in constant motion, walking everywhere. Get support from your family and friends. You can do it, I believe in you. Just eat healthy and drink water. Exercise too, because even though you may not be active, you still need to exercise, whether it be vigorous or non-vigorous exercise.

Take a picture of yourself now and a picture of yourself in a time that you thought you looked good and look at them everyday to motivate yourself to look the way you want to again. Instead of driving somewhere that is close take your kids on a walk or walk to the park and then has they play run around the playground so many times to get your heart rate up to burn calories while your kids have a fun time playing where you can see them. Change your diet to high protein low carbohydrates and eat 6 small meals throughout the day and don't eat past 7pm.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

i'm tryin to loose weight for my upcoming wedding and it is hard. In your case I would recommend to do things that interest you. Maybe running, cycling. Trying doin something that you can somehow get your kids involved in. Take them to the park or the beach and just play with them. Make it fun and interesting for yourself. You need to know what motivates you. Is it getting into shape, losing the baby weight, or something else.

Find a workout buddy who wants the same thing as you. Go to the gym together and walk or whatever. If you have a commitment with some one to workout with, youll have great motivation...
