If you take the same dish - is it better to eat it hot ? why ?

Ok, but is the hot food digested better ?

some hot food like fried chicken/ pizza/pork chops/steak, can all taste as good if not better eaten cold.cooked veggies can be good cold. but then you have your hot foods that are really bad cold like.gravy! or chili! breaded fish! french fries! fried eggs! ICK!
there seems to be less serve cold foods that can be eaten hot with good result like ice cream or green salads ,jello .the only good cold food served hot i can think of would be chocolate pudding.
Its all about texture (mouth feel ) and personal taste i guess.
adding---yes warm or hot food seems to be more comforting/at least to me. if i need a comfort food i think of things like macaroni and cheese,bisquits and gravy,potatoe soup. but im sure there are people out there who get their comfort from ice cream or a salad.depends on what works for the person.><>

Food is food. Some dishes taste better hot and some cold. That's all.

It all depends on what kind of food it is.....some foods should be eaten hot, and some are better served cold. I prefer hot meals over cold ones, though. I'd rather have a steak sandwich with fries over a bologna sandwich and chips any day.

To me, it depends on the food... I actually like pasta with a simple tomato sauce BETTER cold - i.e. the next day for lunch... Pizza, which a lot of people eat cold or not reheated, I cannot stand cold. Just up to the individual eater!

Temperature. ?? I guess it's a personal preference and also a cultural expectation. When you order hot chocolate, you don't expect it to be chilled! As long as any meat/egg products are fully cooked, it really doesn't matter whether you eat food hot or cold.

I love both fruits and fruit and vegetables better, regardless how they look and taste. You desire a little of both.

If perhaps it's a fruit they have seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.
