Take 2 tbls. of apple cider vineagar in a glass of water 2-3 x day. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. Hair and nails will become super long and strong. My hair has been quite thin all of my life, but now it is so thick and long. Cured my adult acne too. Read the apple cider vinegar and long hair website.

Keep your hair trimmed. Every 4-6 weeks. Do not use products that contain alcohol.

My daughter has really thin hair and she is using these products with great results:

Arbonne Intelligence Daily, Self-Adjusting Shampoo unites technology and nature to create a super-hydrating, lightweight and ultra-lathering shampoo. Protective ingredients enhance shine and manageability, while nanosphere technology creates a SMART product that adjusts to your hair's specific needs.

Arbonne Intelligence Daily, Self-Adjusting Conditioner conditions hair with a light, ultra-beneficial conditioning formula. Gets to the root of dryness to condition both hair and scalp for beautiful, healthy results.

You can order them at bmaryann.myarbonne.com

a place like professional-cuts, pastime-clips, great-cuts. might desire to have some stylists that can skinny your hair with thinning scissors. i'm a guy too. Ive have been given thick, as we communicate hair. It sounds like crap if i attempt to strengthen it long, a buzz or a fade works ideal for me. Low maintenance with short hair as properly

I understand Folicure products can help with hair growth and thickness. They are available at Sally Beauty Supply and at www.cosmeticmall.com.

I don't know where they sell this in your area, but I get it at Beauty Brands. It is a Blow Dryer volumizer by Sexy Big Hair. You put in a small amount on wet hair then blow dry (I blow dry upside down). It gives me all sorts of volume.
