As a curly head I personally like "Alberto" products there light weight, cheap and work good. Look for products especially made for curls and that will give your hair moisture and look for words like "frizz-free'

I'm not sure what problem you are having with your hair. But these are all natural botanically based products that do not have any alcohol properties in them. After just the first use, my hair felt like I had just gotten a new cut. You can order them at bmaryann.myarbonne.com. If you are not satisfied just return within 45 days. But, I know you will love the results.

I have more barrel-ly (sp?) curls like in the avatar, but citreshine works wonders for my hair, but anything with PANTHENOL will pretty much work nicely (Its the only vitamin that could penetrate your hair and boost moisture levels). Garnier Fruitis is has good hair sprays and such, but I wouldn't use their shampoo/conditioner.

I have the same hair type, and I use Garnier Frutis spray gel, and then scrunch it like crazy. Hope it works for you.
