Well, first the Senate needs to approve the same bill that the House just passed. Then it's up to Bush.

He can either approve the bill, get his funding, and live with the withdrawal provisions. Or he an veto the entire bill, and lose his funding, and need to pull the troops out sooner because he's out of money.

Or he can approve the bill, take the funding, and then break the law yet again by ignoring the parts he doesn't like. But there's only so many times he's going to get away with ignoring Congress before they do something about it.

genuine, human beings are dying, yet no longer many wars are fought with out loss. If we pulled out, we would be saving lives interior the quick run. yet in addition, for the reason that Iraq isn't sturdy adequate yet to guard the violence with the help of themselves, the Iraqi government might crumple and all of the yankee efforts and money spent so a techniques may well be in ineffective. the belief is to make Iraq a democratic society, that would then effect the encircling countries. This war is purely area of the persevering with conflict to end communism.

Bush will ensure that no troops come home until the job is done.

If the job is not done, the Democrats, if elected to the Presidency in 2008, will be forced to go on record as abandoning Iraq, just like they did Vietnam.

Bush will veto and unfortunately the Dem's in Congress do not have enough support to override the veto. So no, they will not be pulled out by 2008 unless something major happens.

Bush will veto the bill and the debate will go on. It's possible they may be pulled out by then, but it depends how the situation is in Iraq.

Currently there is a crackdown in baghdad it is scheduled to end by november of 2007. After that there will be an operation in the Al-Anbar region mainly by iraqi troops so yeah our troops will most likely begin to leave by spring or summer of next year as the iraqi government becomes stronger.

If things aren't completed by then, they won't be coming out. Bush will veto any bill that tries to pull them out. That you can take to the bank.
