The first step once you notice a bruise is simple: apply ice to it. It works amazingly and it really makes a difference in the amount of time it takes to heal your bruises. Place a few ice cubes into a bag and wrap a towel around the bag. Keep the ice on your bruise for at least ten minutes. Then you can let your bruise thaw out for about 10 more minutes, and put your ice bag back into the freezer. Repeat as often as possible .
You can also use Arnika Gel. This gel is made from a plant called Arnika. This is a gel that you simply apply to your skin. It works for bruises and muscle pains. It's all natural and doesn't cost very much compared to some of the other creams or gels that are on the market. The best reason to use this gel is that it will speed up the process of healing your bruises and muscles. You should reapply the gel every hour or so. But don't forget to keep icing your bruise too. The two of these put together will increase your body's healing capabilities a lot.

Wait for the bruise to go away. Your body has to fix itself, and to do that, it needs time. Insect bites won't scar unless you scratch them so frequently that you're tearing your skin off. Cuts and burns will scar if you're predisposed to scarring. They will heal more nicely if you keep an eye on them and make sure they're clean. I would suggest not doing whatever it is you're doing to yourself to need to ask these questions.

For a bruise, try Arnica gel or oil - it's a natual healing herb. You could also try a sports gel.
For cuts, go for neosporin creme.
For sunburn - Aloe Vera gel.
For other burns, give them time.
Insect bites, try an after itch stick.

neosporin is good for cuts burns and bites and helps reduce scars..now as far as bruises, you just kind of have to let them go away on their own.. if it bothers you put liquid foundation on it until it goes away..
