I would take a couple(2) days off and resume workouts with less intensity.

I don't know the type, intensity, frequency and duration of your training, but if you have been overtraining, you need to rest to give your nervous system time to recover.
You can take a week off, during which you can either do nothing, or, if you want to remain active, you can do gentle exercise such as walking, swimming, cycling at a low, leisurely pace. Nothing strenuous.
