print off a picture of what hairstyle you want like her and bring it to a hair stylist and show them what you want and they would be able to do it

Hillary duff has layered hair so that is why she has such great volume and it flows so well. First blowdry your hair with round brush straight. Then use some shine-serum give it some shine and use either velcro rollers roll them it and heat for 30 sec with blowdryer, take out and got loose natural curls at end or use curling iron on low and spray some finishing spray and voila!

You can hire her hair stylist and she can make you look like Hilary Duff. It would cost a lot of money just to hire her hair stylist.
