Well, you're assuming that everyone who believes in God is a Young Earth Creationist. And you're also excluding the possibility of alien life. And whilst god may exist outside time, the universe is only about 15 billion years old. That's not infinite at all.
There may also have been other universes beforehand, even an infinite number; but we have no way of telling. We may be just one universe in a sea of universes.

Why would you assume that there would be an infinite number of Adams and Eves? If we weren't the first creation, then God would have learned from his previous creations and made sure that our creation would be perfect. In other words, if we weren't the first, then there shouldn't be any bad in this world. Since that is not the case, it is reasonable to say that God did not know Adam and Eve would rebel. If he did, he might've prevented it. Now then, since God created us, it seems logical to assume that he wouldn't abandon us. Would a human father just abandon his son if the son started rebeling? No, because the father loves his son, no matter what.
Also, though he has always existed, his reason for only creating mankind relatively recently may seem odd, but think about it: he had to start creating at one point, right? So why couldn't we be the first creation? At any rate, God is infinitely wise and powerful, and his motives, though apparently iffy at times, are beyond our comprehension. To me it makes more sense to have one creation than to have an infinite amount of creations. He may be God, but creating a universe is no small feat; why create an infinite amount?
Well, hope I helped you somewhat, at least.

Why, I wonder, didn't God create an infinite number of cockroaches and salt them throughout the cosmos? There are almost enough Adams and eves to the point of saturation on this planet now.
It would seem from the Big Bang that there ought to be a creation, almost similar to ours, ever so many light years in any direction. Perhaps God had yet to consider the concept of the fast food franchise, space travel, etc. Or maybe he is more like the Karate expert and has found the secret of one pointedness.
--------------------------
(Partly because God created time and time is linear and other creations, 10 or 12, may run parallel to this.)
Scripture is very specific in stating that more than one creation exists even in this dimension. Regardless of hang time; there have been four creations relative to this planet already. Three recorded in Genesis and another some 2,000 years ago.

Since when do you think this is God's only creation? Personally, I believe he created worlds without end. So yes, there would be an infinite number of Adams and Eves. Not on this earth, of course, but for every earth he created.

I don't understand what your question has to do with a God that always has been, and always will be?
What does "that" have to do with an infinite number of Adams & Eves?
He created Adam & Eve, yes, but from there on the population began growing in number...free to choose right from wrong... kinda' like an experiment with God looking on. And this "experiment" will continue 'til He says "Whoa"; at which time He will take up His believers and destroy the rest!
(That's a simplistic description, I realize, but as I said... I'm not sure what you're looking for?)

We are made in the image of God, but God is so far above us that we can only know a tiny bit of everything that God is. He gives us the knowledge that we have and all the physicists and scientists in the world put together don't know but a tiny bit of what God is able to create, although for the most part they don't attribute it to him. We only know what is in this time and space frame we call life on earth, because that's what God has given us to know. There's a verse in the bible that talks about this. Deuteronomy 29:29 The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.
If the world would do his will they would know more of him. But this world is not the kingdom of God. The kingdom of God is within those who believe and they know that his kingdom is not of this world but that they will dwell in the new heavens and the new earth when the time is full here on this earth and it is destroyed according to 2 Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

I'm thinking your trying to use logic to answer the emotional resolve of a living God. The truth is He wanted a realtionship with His own creation. He created Adam and Eve and loved them. He didn't need to create more. He had done what He set out to do.
You speak of Always like you understand the concept. All I know is we haven't even scraped the surface yet. God has done a lot in the potential 10,000 years that the Earth has existed. Who knows what he created before that . . or what else exists in all of creation.

First, Creation is more than just a few thousand years old. I believe that science has it right when they estimate the age of the universe as being around fifteen billion years old, and the earth between 4.5 and 6.5 billion years old. Before the creation of man (God's last initial act in the Creation account) time did not exist because there was no one to interpret the passage of time. God has no need for time because he is timeless. Before the start of the creating process God existed in his Triune form as he does today---there was no time because there was no need for it. Immortal, eternal beings are not bound by any clock or schedule. This is impossible for us to understand because we are slaves to the clock. I suggest that you meditate on the timelessness of God and upon your vision of the Trinity existing in the void before the start of the creation process. There is great peace in this distant part of the past. Then meditate on the Creation, when the Light of God went forth to begin the creation process.

As a devout atheist, your premise is in error... But, playing devil's advocate... maybe he has. How could we possibly know about billions of other worlds in our galaxy, or in the billions of other galaxies (SETI excepted). Alternatively, how can we know that we're alone? (This same question - of alien life - of course, applies whether or not there is a God.)
So I don't know what would be "satisfactory" to you, but if you seek some definitive answer... sorry. As with *all* meaningful questions around *any* supernatural element, there can not be such an answer. Go figure! An impossible question likely does not need a third-time-round, should this time fail.

according to the Bible, which was written by man, there is only one ceation. But in reality, we do not know how many creations there really are. Man is only on earth for a specific amount of time, and if God always has been and always will be, man cannot possibly know if there was only one creation, or if there were many creations. That is the best I can answer your question. I hope it helps.
