Its good for you. Eat it from the time you wake up un til 1 hour before you eat lunch, or any other type of meal or snack not fruit related. Never eat it with other foods, as it alone digests in an hour, and if you mix it with carbs and/or proteins that time raises substantially, and the digested fruit begins to ferment in your intestines and become useless for assimilation. Read the book 'Fit for Life' for more information on proper food combining. I lost 30 pounds following it alone several years ago with no exercise. The book isnt a diet book and the proper combining principles give you sooo much extra energy. Good Luck.

No, fruit is really good for you. Fruit offers a variety of healthy benefits, such as fibre, vitamin C, folate, zinc, potassium and lots of antioxidants.
The only drawback is that some fruit is high in sugar, so you might not stay full for very long. Try some yogurt or a handful of almonds if this is the case for you. Enjoy!

for example: if your eat like 5 whole fruits a day thast not good if u want to loose weight because fruits contain sugar. and if u have to much sugar its turns into fat.
