Takes the initiative
Positive (doesn't complain, but finds the bright side of things)

Fit, not fat
Takes care of her appearance
Has a job etc, so doesn't have to leech off you
Notice I didn't mention boobs, etc. As long as a girl has all the female parts and isn't a mess, guys will find her attractive in her own way.
Personally I am intelligent and educated, and am more attracted to girls who are as well.
