1 pack strawberry jello mix
1 bag frozen strawberries
1 angel food cake
1 package vanilla pudding
1 tub cool whip

prepare the pudding, tear up the angel food cake into big chunks, and dump everything in a BIG bowl/container in this order: jellow mix, strawberries, cake, pudding, then top with the cool whip.

You can also make this desert with the sugar-free version of all the ingredients for a healthy, beautiful desert. It's great to serve at a party or bring to a pot luck or something too. Make sure you cover it before putting it in the refrigerator or the cool whip will get all crusty.

Bread pudding - great way to use up whatever bread you have hanging around. The quick and easy way is to cut up the bread into chunks (I don't bother removing the crust, its all good) Put into an oven safe dish along with any fruit you have on hand, or just a few raisins. Then beat up a couple eggs with about 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup sugar, dash salt and cinnamon to taste. Pour that over the bread and fruit. Toss it into the oven at 350 for about 1/2 hour till the top looks nicely brown. Serve with whipped cream. Yum! (Works best in a shallow dish that just holds the mixture.)

I like to make a quick desert by using one box of instant vanilla pudding, one box of instant chocolate pudding, oreo cookies, and whipped cream. Mix the puddings according to package directions. Crush about 2/3 cup of Oreos. Layer vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding, 1/2 Oreos, then vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding, whipped cream, and sprinkle remaining Oreos on top. You can also stand whole Oreo cookies around the side of the bowl for effect. This looks good, tastes great, and is so easy!

Make some normal pie dough (or buy the premade stuff)... Peel and core an apple or pear. Fill the core of the fruit with some fruit preserves or jelly. Some thing you could have readily available is high-quality... However I suppose apricot or peach tastes the first-class. Location a pie-shape sheet of dough on prime of the fruit and wrap down over it and pinch off underneath. Take some further dough and trend a stem and leaf and fasten to top of dough-included fruit. Brush with egg whites and bake in an oven about 350 degrees except well brown. This is rapid, easy, tasty, and looks so much fancier than it honestly is to make. Enjoy!

This is easy but SOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOD!!!

26 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 gallon ice cream, any kind (chocolate chip mint is good)
1 (15 ounce) jar chocolate fudge topping
10 ounces Cool Whip

Set cool whip out to thaw and soften.
Reserve a few cookie crumbs for topping.
About 1/3 cup.
Mix remaining crumbs with butter and press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Freeze for 20 minutes.
Now, make layers of ice cream and hot fudge.
It is easier to use the ice cream that comes in a brick.
Just unwrap the carton and then slice the ice cream and layer as follows.
1 layer ice cream (1/2 of ice cream) 1 layer hot fudge (1/2 of hot fudge) remaining 1/2 of ice cream.
remaining 1/2 of hot fudge.
Freeze for 20 minutes.
Spread the cool whip on top.
Freeze until ready to serve.
Sprinkle reserved cookie crumbs on top just before serving.

Here is a great and quick recipes for Strawberry Shortcake. Buy some pound cake or angel food cake at the store along with a pint of strawberries and some whipped cream. Slice the strawberries and soak in a combo of Disarono (amaretto liqueur) and sugar. Be careful about how much of the liqueur you use, make it about a fourth of cup and mix it well with the strawberries and sugar!

Baked alaska (serves one)

Set oven to extremely hot...

Prepare oven proof dish. Add a small piece of sponge cake or a fairy cake with jam on...
Whip up an egg white until stiff (the white - not you), add a tablespoon of caster sugar and continue to whip until thick and glossy...
Put a dollop of ice cream (taken straight from freezer) on the sponge and quickly cover with the meringue so that no ice cream or sponge is visible. Decorate if you wish with glacé cherry and slivered almonds (optional)...
Place in oven until meringue is golden brown on top - serve immediately... Enjoy!!

Marmalade Soufflé (serves 6)

Heat oven 180^C / Gas Mark 4

5 egg whites............6ozs marmalade

Beat egg whites till stiff. Take a heaped tablespoon of egg white and fold into the marmalade with a large spoon to slacken the mixture. Gradually add the rest of the whites - a little at a time - and keep folding in. Fill each soufflé dish (deep individual ones) [ramekin will suffice] with the mixture, which should be sitting proud of the dishes.
It will rise a lot...Place in oven for just 12 minutes.

For 1-2 serving you can use 1 egg white and 1+1/5 ozs of marmalade. ( No need to add any sugar to this meringue )

Enjoy!!

This super easy and my family just loves it to death. Make one package of instant chocolate pudding according to package directions. Set aside and soften one 8 oz. package of cream cheese in the microwave - don't let it get hot- just soft. Mix the chocolate pudding, the cream cheese and one small container of Cool Whip together in a big bowl with a mixer on low speed until blended and very smooth. Leave in fridge for about two hours then serve with fruit or just eat it straight.
