The best All-Inclusive vacations for your budget would be in Mexico or Dominican Republic.
In the Dominican Republic check out the Barcelo Bavaro chain of hotels.

In Playa Del Carmen, you can check out Playacar Palace,
Sunscape Puerto Aventuras, Rui Palace.

There are lots of non-stops from JFK so the possibilities are unlimited. I would look at Jamacia at a resort like Sunset Jamcia Grand or the Riu Tropical Bay. You might also look at Punta Cana but the air can be a little expensive. I know that the Excellence is onsale for the comapny that I work for until Mar 31st. It is an amazing resort. I would also look at the Rui in Nassau. Also Cancun can be good but I would look at Cozumel instead. It is usually a little cheaper then cancun it's self

For all inclusive, there's nothing better than the Caribbean islands. Most of them have all-inclusive resorts. My personal favourite is St Lucia - its much greener than the others.
