When is the best time to do your devotions?

First thing in the morning after you wake up. Study the Bible, pray, do your devotions. Put God first in your life. Give Him your "firstfruits."

For me it's best right before I go in to work. I try and arrive early so that have plenty of time.....I listen to Christian music (KLove radio) on the drive to work, and then read my Bible and pray in the car before going in.
