Hummmm,,,, "smarty uninstaller"
I like that idea.
I usually do it manually but to do that you have to get into the registry and I certainly wouldn't recommend that anyone do that unless they know what they are doing.

Gas Indy Has posted the best solution:

If the files are courted you are much better of:

Installing the software again
Going to add and remove
Removing all files

This will ensure that nearly all files are removed from your system and registry.

You can also do a manual search

Open up the search functions
Look in all files and folders
And search for the program
If and files are found you can right hand click and select delete

I hope this helps:

Don't try to uninstall it as Office, uninstall the seperate programs one by one if you can.
Or boot in Safe Mode and use Ccleaner.
To get into Safe Mode repeatedly press the F8 key after the bios screen loads but before Windows loads. You'll know if you made it because the screen will be at 800 x 600 and your pc will be slow.
Open Ccleaner and click Tools - Uninstall. See if its on the list, if it is then click it and click Uninstall.
Then click Issues - Scan for issues
Then run the Cleaner.

If its not on the list you have to go to My Computer, allow yourself access to hidden files, go into C drive and delete the program folder.

Go to the Add / Remove window and at the top there is a box that reads last updates, tick that and the window will show all the downloads you have done, then look for the one you want and remove it.

do a search on your computer and manually delete the files. you are better off reinstalling the program and then uninstalling it properly. there will be alot left in the registry if you don't do it correctly.
