Well, it depends how long you waited to get them fixed, If you got them fixed in a late age in thier life, yes they will spray mostly, but You got them fixed in 4 or 6 months , then no.

Usually not. But if he is neutered late, and he has acquired the habit of spraying, he may continue. But usually he stops.
If you neuter him before he is 9-12 months old, anyway before he starts spraying, he never starts it.

If you had him neutered before he was 6 months old he won't spray but if he was older he still can.

neutered male cats can still spray, it usually happens because they were not neutered early enough......or if it they just got neutered, because it takes time for their hormones to adjust to the changes.

Yes, they can but the earlier in life you get them neutered, the more unlikely they will be to do so. Not every cat will follow that rule - but most.
